City of dreams celebrates what makes our community great. It's a place full of life and colour, music, food and art. It's a place where children play outside safely without fear, where neighbours talk over the fence and where people look up and say hello as you walk past them in the street.It's a place filled with laughter and love. It's a place of respect, understanding and peace. It's a place without malice, without homelessness, without greed ,dumped rubbish or waste. I's a place where everyone is equal and everything is possible.
It really is a city of dreams.
